At INDY Sunglasses, we want you to love your new frames. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn eyewear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the sunglasses in their original protective case and microfiber pouch, ensuring they are securely packed in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
